I am a sufferer of BPPV and I found your blog about the Foster Method and Zeolite. I’m trying them both. So far, they do seem to be effective. I’m curious how long ago you dealt with that problem and whether to this date you still have relief, attributable apparently to taking Zeolite. Your information has made me so hopeful! I had already wondered whether Calcium supplementation could be contributing to the debris causing BPPV, and I have stopped taking Calcium. My diet is good for calcium sources.

    • Hi, Sigrid. I hope you are continuing to improve. For me, I believe the Foster Method was what caused the BPPV to go away. The zeolite was merely a precaution. My symptoms were completely gone within a week of starting the Foster Method and they never returned. However, I also switched to a vegetable-based calcium supplement. I hope you’re doing much better!
